Child Care Center - Markham

This renovation project is a large-scale transformation of a 33,000 square foot facility into a modern, purpose built childcare and private school campus. Designed to accommodate 18 bright and spacious classrooms, the centre will provide more than 350 licensed childcare spaces for families in the community. The renovation scope includes full interior construction, installation of advanced HVAC and fire safety systems, custom built playgrounds with CSA-compliant safety surfacing, and a commercial grade kitchen to support healthy in-house meal service. With a focus on safety, functionality, and enriching learning environments, the project brings together architects, engineers, and specialized contractors to deliver a state-of-the-art educational space.
